It has six\u00a0arched windows and a barrel-vaulted ceiling.\u00a0Though the exterior\u00a0of the chapel is quite drab, the interior satiate your artistic senses with the fascinating frescoes\u00a0by some of the most\u00a0sought after Florentine Renaissance masters.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The\u00a0side-walls of the chapel\u00a0are\u00a0decorated with frescoes from 1481-83.\u00a0There are\u00a0six frescoes on the northern wall of the chapel which depict the\u00a0life events of\u00a0Jesus\u00a0Christ.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Furthermore,\u00a0there are\u00a0six other frescoes on\u00a0the south wall that illustrate the life of Moses. The frescoes were painted by these artists:\u00a0Perugino, Pinturicchio, Botticelli,\u00a0Domenico and Benedetto Ghirlandaio,\u00a0Rosselli,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Luca_Signorelli\">Luca Signorelli<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bartolomeo_della_Gatta\">Bartolomeo\u00a0della\u00a0Gatta<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When\u00a0you are done perusing these works of art, you will find some smaller frescoes between the\u00a0windows which\u00a0are clear depictions of\u00a0various popes.\u00a0You\u00a0will also find\u00a0remove tapestries\u00a0running\u00a0down the\u00a0side-walls; these take\u00a0you through the events from the\u00a0\u2018Acts of the Apostles\u2019.
